Ealing Level 4 Spring series 2025 Invitation

Competition opens for swimmers aged 8 (2017 born) to swimmers aged 12 (2013 born) from Foundation, Stroke Development and Club squads

Venue: Northolt Leisure Centre, Eastcote Ln N, Northolt UB5 4AB

Series 1

•           Meet Date: Saturday Jan 18^th, 2025
•           Closing Date: 16th December 2024
•           Warm-up: 6:00pm Start 6:45pm

Series 2

•       Meet Date: Saturday March 8th, 2025
•       Closing Date: 10th February 2025
•      Warm-up: 6:00pm Start 6:45pm

Series 3

•         Meet Date: Saturday May 10th, 2025
•         Closing Date:  14th April 2025 
•         Warm-up: 6:00pm Start 6:45pm

Series 1 Events

• Event 1/2 – 50m Butterfly
• Event 3/4 – 100m Freestyle
• Event 5/6 – 50m Backstroke

Series 2 Events

• Event 7/8 – 50m Breaststroke
• Event 9/10 – 100m Backstroke
• Event 11/12 – 200m Freestyle

Series 3 Events

• Event 13/14 – 50m Freestyle
• Event 15/16 – 100m Breaststroke
• Event 17/18 – 100m Individual Medley

NOTE: The estimated finish time of the competition will only be provided once ALL entries have been received and entered.

ENTRY FEE of £20 per series.  -Swimmers will be allowed to enter with No Time.

Should entries exceed the allotted time available at each pool, the slowest swimmers in each age group will be scratched until the maximum number of swimmers is reached. (Should another event not reach capacity, a more popular event could exceed this amount).

All events are Heat Declared Winner. Heats will be seeded according to entry times, slowest to fastest.

Age will be based on year of birth/age on Dec 31st, 2025.

Competition opens for swimmers aged 8 (2017 born) to swimmers aged 12 (2013 born).

The Female category is for birth sex females in accordance with Swim England’s

Transgender and Non-Binary Competition Policy. By entering the ‘Female’ category, a

swimmer confirms that their birth sex is female.

Swimmers must be Swim England registered at a minimum of Club Train (category 1) and have a Swim England registration number.

No awards will be available for events, although spot prizes may be awarded to heat winners throughout the day.

The production of any photo or video will be strictly prohibited anywhere in the both facilities including but not limited to the changing rooms, toilet facilities, pool side, and communal hallways. This includes the use of mobile phones for this purpose.

Northolt will also a limited number of spectators for £3 per person on a first come first served basis.
