👥 Spectators
- Entry Fee: £5 per session
- Programmes: Available online at watfordswimmingclub.co.uk
- Payment: Card only (no cash accepted)
- Capacity Notice: There is limited seating available. Once the allocated number of tickets has been sold for a session, no additional tickets will be available. Please purchase early to avoid disappointment.
🚗 Parking Information
Parking at Woodside Leisure Centre is usually limited to a 4-hour stay. However, we have arranged with Watford Borough Council to suspend parking restrictions for the day of the meet.
Important Notes:
- You must still obtain and clearly display a parking ticket in your car.
- Please park only in marked bays to avoid penalties.
🏠 Arrival & Access
- Club Areas: Designated seating will be clearly marked for each club, based on swimmer numbers.
- Ventilation: Swimmers must not place bags or sit on the vents running along the windows, as this affects building temperature. Bags may be moved to lockers if placed on vents.
- Entry Control: Access to the facility will be managed by event volunteers. Only individuals listed as coaches, team managers, or officials will be granted entry beyond spectator areas. Please respect our volunteers and do not attempt to enter without authorisation.
⏰ Timings
- Changing Rooms Open: from 8:35 AM
- Poolside Access: from 8:45 AM
If you arrive early, please wait in the centre café or outside. Early access to the spectator gallery will not be permitted.
☕ Food & Refreshments
- The on-site café, operated by Everyone Active, will be open both days serving a variety of hot and cold drinks and snacks.
- Alternatively, a Simmons Bakery and Tesco Express are approximately a 15-minute walk from the centre (turn left upon exiting the venue).
