Over the weekend, a total of 19 swimmers competed at the Enfield Spring Open Meet, and it turned out to be an excellent meet with plenty of strong swims and outstanding team spirit throughout the whole weekend.

Roya Malliwal – Gold for 200m IM, 50m Breaststroke, 100m Breaststroke, and Silver for 200m Breaststroke.
Akshay Nagda – Bronze for 200m Freestyle.
Arjun Dev Nagda – Silver for 100m Freestyle and Bronze for 50m Breaststroke and 100m Backstroke.
Shayan Patel – Silver for 200m Butterfly.
Dylan Roberts – Gold for 200m Breaststroke and Silver for 50m Breaststroke and 200m Freestyle.
Macsen Roberts – Gold for 200m Breaststroke, Silver for 100m Breaststroke, 50m Breaststroke, 50m Backstroke, 400m Freestyle, and Bronze for 50m Butterfly.
Patrick Ropiak – Silver for 100m Backstroke.
Siddhant Shah – Silver for 200m Breaststroke, 50m Breaststroke, and Bronze for 400m Freestyle.
Huge well done also to Ali Belhadi, Neo-Uriah James-Freeman, Aadam Malik, Eugenie Malvezin, Saee Pabari, Kaayaan Patel, Lana Patel, Anna Rescia, Bhavni Shah, Dia Sheth, and Zayn Tang who all swam notable PBs over the weekend.
Several swimmers recorded personal best (PB) times, demonstrating significant improvement and dedication in training.
Lead Coach Callum was pleased with the overall performance and progress of the swimmers. The improvements in technique, race strategies, and starts were evident, though there are areas for continued development, particularly in turns and underwater phases.
A massive thank you to our team managers Reena, Madeleine, and of course our lead coach Callum for their incredible support and dedication throughout the gala. The team spirit, as always, was electric, and their encouragement was invaluable, especially when things didn’t quite go to plan.
