General Conditions
1. This is a long course multi-classification Para-Swimming inclusive meet licenced at Level 1.
2. Para swimmers must enter using the individual option within the Online Meet Entry Portal.
3. Entries will be accepted from all swimmers who are members of a Swim England Middlesex affiliated club.
4. A swimmer’s age shall be determined as at midnight on 31 December 2026.
5. The closing deadline for all entries and full payment is 1 January 2026.
6. Swimmers’ qualifying entry times must be registered at levels 1 to 4 on the Swim England Rankings database and have been swum on or after 1 January 2025.
7. Converted times are not permitted for entry. There is a Qualifying Time and a Consideration Time for entry into this competition. The achievement of the Qualifying Time will guarantee entry into the competition subject to the Promoter’s Conditions. The achievement of the Consideration Time will make the swimmer eligible for consideration as an entry into the competition subject to the Promoter’s Conditions. The achievement of the Consideration Time does not guarantee entry into the competition. Consideration entries will be managed to achieve an optimal number of competitors for the meet.
8. There will be no qualifying standard needed for Para swimming competitors but times achieved must be since 1 January 2025
9. ALL entries must be submitted electronically using the Online Meet Entry Portal
10. This meet will be run using Hy-Tek Meet Manager software. Entry files from compatible team management software (e.g. Swim Manager, Swim Club Manager or Team Unify) will be accepted. SportSystems Entry Files are not compatible and cannot be accepted.
