Dear Swimmers and Parents,
We are pleased to invite our swimmers to participate in The Claire Houchin Skills Watford Development Meet 2025, which will take place on:

⏳ Entry Deadline: Friday, 21st March 2025
Meet Information:
• This event is open to swimmers in the following age groups: 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 & over.
• Age is determined as of 17th May 2025.
• Medals will be awarded to the top 3 swimmers in each age group.
• Swimmers who exceed the ‘No Faster Than’ time will receive a speeding ticket instead of a medal.
• No refunds will be given for late withdrawals unless due to a medical condition (with a doctor’s certificate) or at the promotor’s discretion.
Important Notes:
• Swimmers must withdraw from any event they no longer wish to swim once accepted entries are published.
• A £10 penalty will be incurred if a swimmer fails to present themselves for a race without withdrawal. This fee will be charged to the club if unpaid by the swimmer.
• Spectators are welcome in the viewing gallery; entry is £5 per session (card payments only).
• Entries with ‘No Time’ will be accepted, but entries faster than the cut-off times will not be accepted.
Great Opportunity for New Swimmers!
This meet is a fantastic opportunity for new, young swimmers who do not yet have a personal time to compete and set their first official personal best. It provides a great learning experience in a competitive environment while allowing swimmers to develop confidence in racing.
