💰 Entry Fee Structure:

• Up to 2 events – £8.00 per each event
• Up to 4 events – £7.00 per each event
• Up to 7 events – £6.00 per each event
• Up to 10 events – £5.50 per each event
• Up to 16 events – £5.00 per each event

This tiered structure is designed to encourage wider participation while keeping it cost-effective for those entering more races.

Entry totals are calculated automatically based on the number of races selected.

We’re excited to announce that entries for the Harrow SC Club Championships 2025 are now open!

This is our flagship internal gala of the year and a vital part of each swimmer’s development, assessment, and celebration of progress. Below you’ll find all the key information about the event, the entry fee structure, and why we strongly encourage every swimmer in the club to take part.

🌟 Why Every Swimmer Should Enter:

✅ No Personal Bests Required

The gala is open to all swimmers, including those who are new to competition. No qualifying or personal best (PB) times are required to enter.

✅ Gain Official PB Times

Club Champs is the perfect place to record official PBs, which are essential for entering external open meets later in the season.

✅ Squad Reviews and Development

Racing experience and recorded times are key criteria in our annual squad progression reviews. Swimmers who do not take part may miss valuable development and assessment opportunities.

✅ Points = Trophies

Swimmers will earn points based on their race results. The more events entered, the more chances to gain points, increasing the opportunity to win Club Champion trophies in each age group.

🏆 All trophies will be presented at our Club Awards Night — one of the highlights of our club calendar where swimmers are recognised for their hard work and achievements throughout the year.

✅ Confidence, Variety & Club Spirit

It’s a supportive environment where swimmers can gain race confidence, try new strokes and distances, and enjoy competing alongside teammates in a fun, friendly setting.

✅ A Celebration of Progress and Participation

Every swimmer who takes part is contributing to the spirit and energy of our club. Whether they’re aiming for medals or simply looking to challenge themselves, this event is for everyone. Even few races is an achievement to be proud of — and for those entering more, it’s an exciting opportunity to see how far they’ve come.
We encourage every swimmer to enter — no matter their experience or goals — and help us make this year’s Club Champs the most inclusive and inspiring yet.

📅 Key Information:

• Entry Deadline: 8th September 2025

• Gala Dates: Saturday 27th September 5.00pm-9.00pm and Sunday 28th September 12.00pm-3.00pm

• Age Grouping: Based on swimmer’s age as of 31st December 2025

• Venue: St. Margarets Sports Centre- Bushey

• Refunds: Not available after the entry deadline unless for medical reasons. A doctor’s note is required.
