Hillingdon Swimming Club Summer Spectacular Meet 2026

Entry and Eligibility
12. Individual entries are not permitted.
13. All swimmers must belong to their club of entry, be Swim England registered as Club
Compete and have their Swim England membership number included on the entry file
submitted.
14. All entries must not be faster that the Upper Time Limits and appear on Swim England
Rankings. Qualifying times are short course but long course conversions to short course
will be accepted. No Time entries are not accepted.
15. Entries may be restricted to ensure the smooth running of the meet and to keep the
session times within appropriate timescales. Slowest times in each age group will be
rejected in oversubscribed events. Acceptance into all events applied for cannot therefore
be guaranteed. Refunds will be given for any entries rejected.
16. Once the club entry file has been submitted, no changes will be made to the times have
been included.
17. A secondary strobe will be available to swimmers requiring one.
18. Over the top starts will be used at the Referees’ discretion.
19. The female category is for birth sex females in accordance with Swim England’s
Transgender and Non-Binary Competition Policy. By entering the “Female” category, a
swimmer confirms that their birth sex is female.
20. Age is at midnight on 14 June 2026, swimmers must be 9 years of age and above.
21. Age Groups: 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15/over.
22. The events are 50m, 100m & 200m Freestyle, 50m & 100m Backstroke, Breaststroke and
Butterfly and 200m Individual Medley.
23. Awards will be given to the first 3 in each age group, open/male and female, in each event.
24. The entry fee is £9.00 per event.
25. No refunds will be given except for rejected swims.
26. There will be no Time Trials available.
27. A designated officer should make all club entries, and that same person must make all
communications with the meet organisers.
