May Half-Term Training Camp

The Borough of Harrow Swimming Club will be running a 3-Day May Half-Term Training Camp for swimmers in the Development, Competitive and County Squads.

Camp Details

📅 Dates: Tuesday 26th, Wednesday 27th, and Thursday 28th May
⏰ Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day

What the Camp Will Include

🏊 Two 2-hour pool training sessions per day, focusing on:

• Stroke technique and efficiency
• Starts, turns and race skills
• Pacing and endurance training
• Speed and race preparation

💪 Land training sessions on Tuesday and Thursday designed to:

• Develop core strength and stability
• Improve coordination and flexibility
• Help prevent injuries
• Build overall athletic conditioning

🧘 Pilates session on Wednesday to help swimmers:

• Improve body control and alignment
• Strengthen core muscles used in swimming
• Develop better posture and breathing control

Cost and Booking

💷 Total Cost: £90 per swimmer

To reserve a place:

• Deposit: £40 (to secure the place)
• Balance: £50 due by 10th April 2026

⚠️ Places are limited to the first 30 swimmers who book.

Bookings will be confirmed once the deposit payment is received.

Refund Policy

Please note that both the deposit and the full payment are non-refundable.
However, a refund will be issued if:

• the camp does not go ahead, or
• the club is able to fill the cancelled place with another swimmer.
