BHSC Club Awards Night

We are delighted to invite our swimmers, coaches and families to our Club Awards Night, celebrating everything our swimmers and club community have achieved this year.
Swimmers attend free of charge. Adult tickets are charged based on the number of adults attending.
BHSC Club Awards Night
The BHSC Club Awards Night is one of the biggest and most enjoyable events in our club calendar. It is a special opportunity for swimmers, coaches, volunteers, parents and families to come together and celebrate everything we have achieved as a club this year.
Whether you are new to the club or have been part of the Harrow family for many years, this evening is a wonderful chance to feel connected, make memories and enjoy a fantastic night out with the whole BHSC community.
Throughout the evening, we will shine a spotlight on the remarkable achievements of our swimmers across all squads. We will be celebrating everything from individual breakthroughs and personal bests to major competitive successes at county, regional and national level. Over the past year, our swimmers have shown resilience, dedication and passion, whether mastering new skills in training, representing the club at galas, qualifying for competitions or simply continuing to work hard and improve week after week.
We will be recognising the commitment of all our swimmers, from our performance squads to our development squads and our future rising stars. Every swimmer plays an important part in the strength, spirit and future of the Borough of Harrow Swimming Club, and this evening gives us the opportunity to celebrate every step of their journey.
A highlight of the night will be the presentation of trophies and medals from the Club Championships. We will be honouring age-group champions, event winners and swimmers who have shown exceptional improvement, determination and teamwork. Special awards will also recognise leadership, perseverance, club spirit and outstanding contributions to the Borough of Harrow Swimming Club.
We are also pleased to let you know that a mobile pizza vendor will be available on the evening, giving families the option to purchase freshly made pizza during the event.
This is a proud moment for our swimmers to take the stage and be recognised in front of their teammates, coaches, friends and family. It is a celebration of their hard work, commitment and achievements throughout the year.
Event Details
Date: Saturday, 10th October 2026
Time: Presentation begins at 7:30 PM, followed by the awards ceremony and disco.
Entertainment: A professional DJ will provide music throughout the evening, helping to create a fun and memorable night for all ages.
Venue Policy: Please note that no outside drinks are permitted. A licensed bar will be available on-site, offering a selection of soft and alcoholic beverages.
Up to three swimmers may attend free of charge, but all children must be accompanied by at least one adult.
We strongly encourage all members to join us. Your presence helps make the evening special. It is a brilliant opportunity for swimmers to celebrate their hard work, for parents to meet each other and our coaching team, and for everyone to enjoy an uplifting evening full of energy, pride and community spirit.
